Feel like getting moving? Around Orvelter Hof you don't have to go far. The pitch & putt course is a few hundred metres' walk away, and the woods and heathland around Orvelte and the Mantingerveld are perfect for walking, cycling or setting up a game.
For group activities we work with JP Activiteiten. They bring their games to Orvelter Hof: from archery and bubble football to a game show in the living room. Prefer to head out? At Het Drents Kwartiertje you hop on a Solex moped or an e-chopper for a tour through the Drenthe countryside.
JP Activiteiten
At Orvelter Hof
The outing comes to you: JP Activiteiten plays at or in Orvelter Hof. Choose from archery, archery attack, bubble football, Robinson Survival, Hunted or a game show, among others. An activity takes about an hour and a half and is possible from ten people. JP also runs a murder mystery game led by a detective (in Dutch).

Klootschieten & GPS tours
At Orvelter Hof
Two classics you play from the front door. In klootschieten, teams take turns throwing a stone ball along a route; the team that reaches the finish in the fewest throws wins. On a GPS tour you find your way across heath and country lanes. Both bookable with your stay, from twelve people.

Pitch & Putt Orveltermarke

Next to holiday park Orveltermarke, a few hundred metres from Orvelter Hof, is an 18-hole pitch & putt course. You play with just two clubs and need no golf certificate, so even people who've never held a club can join in. Ask the park in advance about the options for your group.

Het Drents Kwartiertje

From Hooghalen, Het Drents Kwartiertje organises active group outings: touring on a Solex moped, rides on an e-chopper or in a Daf, plus games and a pub quiz. Many activities can be combined with lunch or a barbecue (programme in Dutch).

Start the morning with a round of pitch & putt, a few hundred metres away. After lunch from your own kitchen, JP Activiteiten comes over for archery or bubble football at the house. And if anyone still has energy left, go klootschieten across the heath while the barbecue heats up. All without getting in the car once.
